A thriving café is seeking a commercially minded Revenue Manager to drive profitability, optimize pricing strategies, and support sustainable business growth. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys analyzing performance data, identifying revenue opportunities, and collaborating with operational teams to maximize financial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market conditions
• Monitor pricing, promotions, and product performance
• Prepare revenue forecasts, budgets, and financial reports
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue streams and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with management on business planning and growth initiatives
• Track key performance indicators and recommend corrective actions when necessary
• Support inventory and cost-control initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, Economics, or a related field
• Previous experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or hospitality operations
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial reporting tools
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of café, restaurant, or hospitality operations is an advantage
