Revenue Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a commercially minded Revenue Manager to lead revenue optimisation and support the continued financial growth of our restaurant. The successful candidate will combine data analysis, strategic pricing, demand forecasting, and operational insight to identify opportunities that improve profitability while maintaining an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies aligned with restaurant objectives.
• Analyse sales trends, customer behaviour, booking patterns, and demand fluctuations.
• Monitor table utilisation, average spend, covers, and revenue performance.
• Create pricing and promotional strategies based on demand and market conditions.
• Prepare regular revenue forecasts, performance reports, and business insights.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue during peak and off-peak periods.
• Collaborate with restaurant management, marketing, and operations teams to improve commercial performance.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Use data to support decisions regarding menus, reservations, promotions, and capacity.
• Track key performance indicators and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in revenue management, commercial analysis, pricing, or a related restaurant or service environment.
• Strong understanding of revenue forecasting, pricing strategies, and performance analysis.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with revenue or business intelligence tools.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and turn findings into practical business strategies.
• Experience with restaurant reservation or point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
