Job Description

A dynamic cafe is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Revenue Manager to maximise sales, improve profitability, and strengthen revenue performance. The successful candidate will analyse sales trends, monitor pricing, identify growth opportunities, and work closely with cafe operations to ensure revenue targets are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies aligned with business goals.
• Analyse sales data, customer trends, and purchasing patterns.
• Monitor pricing, promotions, and menu performance.
• Prepare revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales during peak and off-peak periods.
• Collaborate with management on promotional campaigns and pricing decisions.
• Track competitor activity and changing market trends.
• Recommend strategies to improve profitability and customer spending.
• Monitor key revenue performance indicators and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in revenue management, financial analysis, sales, or commercial operations, preferably within a cafe, restaurant, or food service environment.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and revenue management or business intelligence tools.
• Excellent understanding of pricing, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Commercial awareness with a results-focused approach.
