Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all restaurant operations to ensure smooth daily performance.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate restaurant staff.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
• Monitor food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Prepare budgets, control operating costs, and monitor financial performance.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate staff scheduling to maintain efficient operations.
• Analyze business performance and prepare operational reports for senior management.
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a senior restaurant management role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Sound understanding of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
