Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate management and frontline staff.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate team members.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operating costs.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and stock control.
• Prepare operational reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Excellent financial, budgeting, and analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
