A dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager is needed to lead daily operations, inspire service excellence, and drive overall business performance in a fast-paced dining environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong teams, improving guest experiences, and ensuring smooth operational flow from front of house to back of house. You will be the heartbeat of the restaurant, balancing leadership, strategy, and hands-on management to maintain high standards and consistent profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and guest satisfaction
• Monitor financial performance including budgets, revenue, and expenses
• Create staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
• Maintain a positive and productive workplace culture
