Key Responsibilities

• Monitor food preparation and service to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of kitchen, storage, and dining areas.
• Verify adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
• Inspect incoming ingredients for freshness, quality, and proper storage.
• Maintain quality control records, inspection reports, and corrective action logs.
• Identify quality issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Train and guide staff on food safety procedures and quality standards.
• Work closely with kitchen and management teams to improve operational consistency.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable health regulations.
• Participate in audits and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in quality control, food safety, or restaurant operations is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene, HACCP principles, and sanitation practices.
• Excellent observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional integrity with a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
