Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement public relations and communication strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners.
• Create press releases, promotional materials, and brand messaging.
• Coordinate events, product launches, and community engagement activities.
• Manage the coffee shop’s public image across online and offline channels.
• Monitor media coverage and respond to public inquiries.
• Collaborate with management on marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Support social media content planning and reputation management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Previous experience in public relations, communications, or marketing is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Creative thinking and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in hospitality, food service, or retail environments is an advantage.
