Job Description

We’re looking for a dependable Prep Cook who enjoys a fast-paced restaurant environment and takes pride in keeping ingredients fresh, organized, and ready for service. If you have a passion for food preparation and enjoy being part of a hardworking kitchen team, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare vegetables, meats, seafood, and other ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards
• Measure and portion ingredients for daily service
• Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation tasks
• Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils
• Label, store, and rotate food items correctly
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Prep Cook, Kitchen Assistant, or in a similar food preparation role
• Good understanding of food handling and kitchen safety practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
• Culinary training or a food preparation certification is an advantage
