We are seeking a dependable Parking Attendant to manage vehicle movement, assist guests with parking, and help maintain an organised and secure arrival area. The ideal candidate is attentive, courteous, and comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide professional assistance upon arrival.
• Direct vehicles safely into designated parking spaces.
• Manage the movement of vehicles during busy dining periods.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly when guests are ready to leave.
• Maintain an orderly parking area and monitor available spaces.
• Assist guests with directions and basic restaurant information when required.
• Report vehicle incidents, damage, or security concerns to management.
• Follow established safety procedures and parking guidelines.
• Maintain a courteous and professional appearance at all times.
• Work closely with restaurant staff to ensure efficient guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a parking attendant, valet, security officer, or in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s licence with a safe driving record.
• Good knowledge of vehicle handling and basic parking procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of standing for extended periods.
• Ability to remain calm and organised during busy periods.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Professional appearance and a service-oriented attitude.
