Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Food Runner to support our front-of-house team and help deliver an outstanding dining experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in ensuring every guest receives their meal promptly and accurately. Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.
• Ensure meals are presented according to restaurant standards before serving.
• Confirm each order reaches the correct table.
• Assist servers with guest requests and table maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Clear used plates and utensils when required.
• Refill water and assist with basic table service as needed.
• Keep service stations clean, organised, and well stocked.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards.
• Support the team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and courteous manner.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is beneficial.
