Outlet Supervisor

We are looking for a confident and organized Outlet Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our busy coffee shop. Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and support baristas and service staff during each shift.
• Ensure customers receive friendly, prompt, and professional service.
• Monitor product quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Assist with staff scheduling and shift coordination.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed accurately.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and workplace hygiene.
• Support promotional activities and help achieve sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a coffee shop, café, restaurant, or similar food service environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and daily reporting.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to train, mentor, and inspire team members.
