A busy and customer-focused bar is seeking a proactive Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead the front-of-house team, and ensure guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the bar outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and support bartenders, servers, and other outlet staff.
• Monitor service quality and ensure every guest receives prompt, professional, and friendly service.
• Coordinate staff schedules, breaks, and shift assignments.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety regulations.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and coordinate beverage and supply replenishment.
• Minimize waste, prevent stock losses, and report inventory discrepancies.
• Assist in achieving sales targets through effective merchandising and promotional activities.
• Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and presented to the highest standards at all times.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate any issues to management.
• Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members to maintain consistent service quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma, certificate, or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a bar, restaurant, lounge, or similar hospitality establishment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good understanding of beverage service, inventory management, and customer service principles.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with POS systems and standard office applications.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
