Outlet Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily operations, inspire staff, and ensure outstanding service standards. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality setting and have strong leadership skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the café outlet.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Assist with cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and reporting.
• Support the implementation of promotional activities and sales initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
