Our growing coffee shop is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Outlet Supervisor to oversee front-of-house activities and support our team in creating a welcoming environment for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily coffee shop operations and staff activities.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
• Coordinate staff schedules and assign duties effectively.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate with management regarding outlet performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in a coffee shop, café, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
