• Lead, mentor, and motivate supervisors and frontline staff.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor service quality and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
• Manage staffing schedules, productivity, and labor costs.
• Oversee inventory control, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Analyze operational and financial reports to improve profitability.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate staff training and support ongoing professional development.
• Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in restaurant operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant compliance standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
