A thriving restaurant is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead teams toward operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations and performance.
• Supervise and support department heads and team members.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability targets.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and training initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Analyze performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate inventory management and supplier relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Sound financial and budgeting knowledge.
• Proficiency in restaurant management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
