Our bar is all about great drinks, good energy, and memorable nights. We are looking for a talented Mixologist who knows how to combine creativity, precision, and personality behind the bar. If you enjoy experimenting with flavours, engaging with guests, and turning every order into something special, we would love to have you join our team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare classic and signature cocktails to a consistently high standard.
• Create innovative drinks and recommend options based on guests’ preferences.
• Maintain an organised, clean, and well-stocked bar area.
• Interact warmly and professionally with guests while providing excellent service.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs promptly.
• Follow responsible alcohol service, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Assist with developing seasonal cocktail menus and drink specials.
• Work closely with bar staff to keep service smooth during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or similar bar role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, wines, and mixers.
• Good understanding of flavour combinations and drink presentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm, organised, and efficient during busy shifts.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in mixology.
• Professional bar or beverage training is an advantage.
