Mixologist

Bring your creativity, energy, and cocktail skills to the bar as our next Mixologist. We are looking for someone who knows their spirits, enjoys experimenting with flavours, and can turn every order into a memorable experience. If you can balance great drinks with great customer service, you will fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Prepare classic and signature cocktails to a consistently high standard.
• Recommend drinks based on guests’ tastes and preferences.
• Maintain an organised, clean, and well-stocked bar area.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately while maintaining presentation standards.
• Develop creative cocktail ideas and seasonal drink options.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Follow responsible alcohol service and bar safety procedures.
• Engage guests professionally and create a fun bar experience.
• Work closely with bartenders and other team members during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar bar role.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, mixers, and garnishing techniques.
• Formal training or certification in bartending or mixology is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Creativity and confidence in developing new drink combinations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bar environment.
• Good attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation.
