Mixologist

We are looking for a talented Mixologist to join our bar team. If you have a creative approach to mixology, enjoy engaging with guests, and thrive in a lively environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails.
• Develop creative drink recipes and seasonal beverage specials.
• Interact with guests, offering recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times.
• Ensure beverages are prepared consistently to established standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Verify guests meet the legal drinking age requirements.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Support fellow team members to ensure efficient bar operations.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately when required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar bar role.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, liqueurs, and cocktail preparation techniques.
• Ability to create innovative beverage menus and signature drinks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Relevant food handling or responsible alcohol service certification is an advantage.
