A vibrant cafe known for its cozy atmosphere and creative drink menu is looking to welcome a talented Mixologist who brings flair, precision, and personality to every glass. If you enjoy experimenting with flavors, engaging with guests, and crafting drinks that leave a lasting impression, this role might be your perfect fit. You will be responsible for preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, developing signature drinks, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable experience from the first sip to the last.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages with consistency and creativity
• Develop new drink recipes that align with the cafe’s style and customer preferences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to enhance overall guest experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or Beverage Specialist preferred
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, flavor pairing, and presentation techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, social environment
• Creativity and passion for beverage innovation
• Basic understanding of inventory control and bar operations
