Our hotel spa is looking for a skilled and caring Massage Therapist to deliver exceptional treatments in a calm, luxurious setting. If you are dedicated to helping guests relax, rejuvenate, and feel their best, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of professional massage treatments tailored to guest needs.
• Assess guest health information and recommend suitable therapies.
• Maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure all equipment, linens, and products are prepared before each appointment.
• Provide excellent customer service while promoting guest comfort and privacy.
• Recommend suitable spa products and wellness services where appropriate.
• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and appointment notes.
• Work closely with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Stay informed about new massage techniques and wellness practices.

Qualifications

• Professional certification or diploma in Massage Therapy or a related field.
• Valid massage therapy licence or registration where required by local regulations.
• Previous experience in a hotel spa, wellness centre, luxury spa, or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish, deep tissue, and other therapeutic massage techniques.
• Understanding of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage treatments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards.
