This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional wellness experiences, maintaining high professional standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of massage treatments tailored to guests’ needs and preferences.
• Conduct client consultations to determine suitable treatments.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic treatment room at all times.
• Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and supplies before each appointment.
• Ensure guests are comfortable and informed throughout their spa experience.
• Recommend suitable wellness treatments and spa products when appropriate.
• Keep accurate treatment records while maintaining guest confidentiality.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Report equipment maintenance needs and replenish treatment supplies.
• Work closely with the spa team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Professional certification in massage therapy or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist in a hotel spa, wellness centre, or luxury spa is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and body therapies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• High standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
• Good understanding of hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices.
