Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of massage therapies tailored to guests’ individual needs and preferences.
• Consult with guests before treatments to understand health concerns and recommend suitable services.
• Prepare treatment rooms to ensure a clean, comfortable, and relaxing environment.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation for all equipment and work areas.
• Promote spa treatments, wellness packages, and retail products when appropriate.
• Monitor guest comfort throughout treatments and adjust techniques as needed.
• Maintain accurate treatment records while respecting guest confidentiality.
• Assist in creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere within the hotel spa.
• Follow all health, safety, and spa operating procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the spa and hotel team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Recognized certification or diploma in Massage Therapy or a related wellness discipline.
• Previous experience in a hotel spa, wellness center, or luxury spa environment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, body treatments, and relaxation therapies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with a courteous and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound ethical practices.
• Physical stamina to perform multiple treatments during scheduled shifts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
