Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of massage treatments tailored to guests’ needs and preferences.
• Create a welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing experience for all guests.
• Assess guest health information and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with spa policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
• Promote spa services and products in a professional and helpful manner.
• Accurately document treatments and guest preferences.
• Work closely with other spa and hotel team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist in a spa, wellness center, hotel, or similar setting.
• Certification or professional training in massage therapy.
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and body treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
