Marketing Assistant

Job Description

Our café is looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Assistant who can help us grow our presence, attract new customers, and keep our regulars engaged. If you enjoy storytelling, social media, and turning simple moments into something memorable, this role fits right in.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for in-café promotions and events
• Manage and update the café’s social media pages with engaging content
• Create simple visual content such as flyers, posts, and digital promos
• Help track customer engagement and campaign performance
• Assist in organizing community events, tastings, and brand activations
• Work closely with management to develop new ideas for attracting customers
• Monitor trends in food, coffee, and lifestyle marketing to keep the brand fresh

Qualifications

• Strong interest in marketing, branding, or social media management
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Creativity and ability to generate fresh content ideas
• Some experience with design tools (Canva or similar) is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
