Marketing Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our cafe’s promotional activities, strengthen brand awareness, and help develop campaigns that connect with customers both online and offline.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote cafe products, services, and special offers.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, captions, and promotional materials.
• Support the development of marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and brand visibility.
• Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate promotional events, partnerships, and customer engagement activities.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing channels.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights for improvement.
• Work closely with the cafe team to highlight new products and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in marketing, digital promotion, or brand communication.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content creation techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh marketing ideas.
• Basic knowledge of marketing tools, analytics, and promotional strategies.
• Ability to organise tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively with a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
• Previous experience in a cafe, food service, retail, or customer-facing environment is an advantage.
