Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the restaurant’s long-term strategic plans and business objectives.
• Oversee all operational, financial, and commercial aspects of the business.
• Lead and inspire senior management and department heads to achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion, innovation, and revenue growth.
• Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, business partners, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, employment, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive marketing, branding, and customer engagement initiatives to strengthen market presence.
• Develop talent, succession plans, and leadership capabilities across the organization.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Report business performance and strategic recommendations to owners or the board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• Extensive senior leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading multi-unit or high-volume restaurant operations.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and business planning expertise.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful growth strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, customer experience, and hospitality best practices.
• Experience leading organizational change and improving operational performance.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and business acumen.
• Proficiency in business management software and Microsoft Office applications.
