Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of hotel facilities and equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Maintain lighting, fixtures, doors, windows, locks, and furniture.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and procedures.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and report recurring issues.
• Assist with room renovations, installations, and improvement projects.
• Monitor maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
• Support emergency repairs whenever required.

Qualifications

• Diploma, certificate, or vocational training in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in building, facility, or hotel maintenance is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance practices.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform repairs independently.
• Familiarity with workplace health and safety procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physically capable of lifting equipment and performing maintenance tasks.
