Maintenance Manager

Join our hotel team as a Maintenance Manager and play a key role in ensuring our property remains safe, functional, and welcoming for guests and staff. We are seeking a proactive professional with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to oversee all maintenance operations and facility upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily maintenance activities across the hotel
• Supervise and support maintenance staff
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies
• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
• Monitor equipment performance and arrange repairs
• Manage maintenance budgets and inventory

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards
• Relevant technical certification is an advantage
