Maintenance Manager

There’s a special kind of restaurant experience that feels effortless to guests, but behind that smooth operation is someone making sure everything runs exactly as it should. We are looking for a practical, hands-on Maintenance Manager to keep our restaurant facilities safe, functional, and running at peak performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems quickly, working with their hands, and preventing issues before they happen. You will be the backbone of our building’s reliability, from kitchen equipment to lighting, plumbing, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance of restaurant equipment, utilities, and infrastructure
• Carry out routine inspections to identify faults early and reduce downtime
• Respond quickly to repair requests from kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules for kitchen appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Coordinate external technicians and vendors when specialized repairs are needed
• Ensure safety standards are maintained across all operational areas
• Keep simple maintenance records and report recurring issues to management
• Support minor installation and upgrade projects within the restaurant

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance, facility management, or a similar technical role
• Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and general repair systems
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and efficiently
• Good organizational skills with attention to preventive maintenance
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate clearly with both kitchen and management teams
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
