A well-established hotel is looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Manager to ensure all facilities, systems, and equipment run smoothly and safely. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, leading technical teams, and keeping operations in top condition behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations across hotel facilities
• Manage repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance schedules
• Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors
• Ensure electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems function efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections and address issues promptly
• Maintain maintenance records and budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
• Respond quickly to guest or operational maintenance requests

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facility or hotel maintenance management
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Leadership and team supervision skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to manage maintenance budgets and resources
• Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling
