A lively bar is seeking an experienced Lounge Manager to lead daily operations, elevate guest experiences, and create an inviting atmosphere where great service and exceptional teamwork thrive. Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the lounge and bar area.
• Lead, motivate, and schedule front-of-house team members.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Monitor cleanliness, ambience, and presentation throughout the lounge.
• Coordinate with bartenders and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage stock levels, place orders, and oversee inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Track sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.
• Train new employees and support the ongoing development of the team.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate performance updates to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a lounge, bar, or similar food and beverage establishment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Experience with inventory management, stock control, and supplier coordination.
• Sound understanding of bar operations, beverage service, and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to remain composed and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
• Professional appearance with a proactive and customer-focused attitude.
