A vibrant and stylish lounge is looking for an experienced and confident Lounge Manager to take charge of daily operations, elevate guest experience, and lead a dynamic service team. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lounge operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Lead, supervise, and motivate bar and service staff
• Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and supplier coordination
• Handle customer complaints or special requests professionally
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations
• Support in planning promotions, themed nights, and events
• Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving revenue targets

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bar, lounge, or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Basic financial awareness (stock control, sales tracking, budgeting)
