Lounge Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lounge and bar operations
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Manage reservations, seating, and overall flow
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers
• Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and safety standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a bar or lounge
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of bar operations and service standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, late-night environment
• Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities
• A positive attitude with a hands-on approach
