Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lounge and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate bar and lounge team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining excellent service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering and control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the bar team to optimize beverage offerings and promotions.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lounge environment at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a lounge, bar, or similar venue.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage daily operations efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of beverage service, inventory management, and customer service practices.
• Good organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
