We are seeking a professional Lifeguard to oversee activities at our hotel pool, respond promptly to emergencies, and ensure all safety procedures are followed. Responsibilities

• Monitor all activities in and around the hotel pool.
• Enforce pool rules and safety regulations consistently.
• Respond immediately to emergencies and perform water rescues when necessary.
• Administer first aid and CPR until medical assistance arrives.
• Conduct routine inspections of pool safety equipment.
• Report hazards, maintenance concerns, or incidents promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck and surrounding areas.
• Assist guests with pool-related enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Record daily safety checks and incident reports accurately.
• Support the team in promoting a safe and enjoyable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Lifeguard Certification from a recognised training provider.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.
• Previous experience as a lifeguard in a hotel, resort, aquatic centre, or similar environment is an advantage.
• Strong swimming and rescue skills.
• Sound knowledge of water safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Excellent observation and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
