Job Description

A modern hotel is seeking a vigilant and confident Lifeguard to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests using the swimming pool. This role is ideal for someone alert, calm under pressure, and passionate about water safety and customer care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety at all times
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and rescue situations
• Enforce pool rules in a friendly and professional manner
• Perform routine safety checks and maintain a hazard-free environment
• Provide basic first aid when necessary
• Support cleanliness and order around the pool area
• Assist guests with inquiries and safety guidance

Qualifications

• Valid lifeguard certification from a recognized training body
• Strong swimming ability and excellent physical fitness
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures
• Good observation skills and quick decision-making ability
• Calm, responsible, and alert in high-pressure situations
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Prior experience in pool or recreational safety is an advantage
