Lifeguard

Job Description

We are looking for a calm, alert, and safety-focused Lifeguard to join our hotel team and ensure a secure, enjoyable experience for all guests at our pool area. If you enjoy working around people and take pride in keeping others safe, this role could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety at all times
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
• Enforce pool rules in a polite and professional manner
• Conduct regular checks of pool area cleanliness and safety standards
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate incident and activity reports
• Support pool opening and closing procedures daily

Qualifications

• Strong swimming ability and confidence in water rescue skills
• Prior experience as a lifeguard or in a similar safety role is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR certification preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Physically fit and able to remain alert for extended periods
