In a busy hotel environment where presentation and comfort matter deeply, the Laundry Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining spotless linen flow across all departments. This position oversees daily laundry operations, ensuring fabrics, uniforms, and guest items are cleaned, processed, and delivered on time with consistent quality. You’ll coordinate a small team, manage workflow schedules, and keep equipment running efficiently while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily laundry room activities and staff performance
• Assign tasks and monitor washing, drying, pressing, and folding processes
• Ensure all linens and uniforms meet hotel quality standards
• Track inventory of detergents, linens, and cleaning supplies
• Maintain laundry machines and report technical issues promptly
• Enforce hygiene, safety, and operational procedures
• Coordinate timely delivery of laundry items to hotel departments
• Train and support team members for improved efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous experience in laundry operations or hospitality housekeeping leadership
• Strong understanding of fabric care, stain removal, and equipment handling
• Ability to lead a team and manage time-sensitive workloads
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and workplace safety practices
