Job Description

We are looking for a talented Latte Art Specialist to join our coffee shop team. If you enjoy working with espresso, steaming silky milk, and creating eye-catching designs that make customers reach for their cameras, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks with consistent flavour and presentation.
• Create attractive latte art using professional milk-steaming and pouring techniques.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and coffee equipment.
• Ensure milk texture, espresso extraction, and drink temperatures meet quality standards.
• Keep the coffee preparation area clean, organised, and well stocked.
• Engage positively with customers and respond to coffee-related requests.
• Assist with developing creative drink presentations and seasonal specials.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures.
• Support other coffee shop team members during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista, latte artist, or coffee professional.
• Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and milk steaming techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to create consistent latte art designs.
• Good understanding of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavour profiles.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of presentation.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced coffee shop.
• Barista training or a recognised coffee qualification is an advantage.
• A creative mindset and passion for specialty coffee are highly valued.
