Do you have a passion for crafting exceptional coffee and transforming every cup into a work of art? We are looking for a talented Latte Art Specialist to join our coffee shop team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating visually stunning beverages while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages with consistent taste and presentation.
• Create intricate and visually appealing latte art on a variety of hot beverages.
• Maintain excellent coffee extraction and milk texturing standards.
• Ensure coffee equipment is cleaned, maintained, and operating efficiently.
• Engage warmly with customers and provide recommendations when needed.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other beverage ingredients.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Support teammates during busy service periods to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and latte art designs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Latte Art Specialist, Barista, or in a similar coffee preparation role.
• Demonstrated ability to create a variety of free-pour latte art designs such as hearts, tulips, and rosettas.
• Strong understanding of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
• Friendly communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
