IT Support Officer
Job Description
We’re looking for a calm, solutions‑driven IT Support Officer to help keep our hotel’s technology running smoothly. From guest Wi‑Fi to back‑office systems, you’ll be the go‑to person who ensures everything works exactly as it should. If you enjoy solving problems, supporting people, and making tech feel simple, you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities

Provide day‑to‑day technical support for staff across departments

Maintain computers, POS systems, printers, networks, and Wi‑Fi

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues quickly and efficiently

Support system upgrades, installations, and routine maintenance

Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues when needed

Help staff understand and properly use hotel technology

Keep accurate logs of issues, fixes, and inventory
Qualifications

Previous experience in IT support or a similar role

Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and common software

Ability to diagnose problems and explain solutions clearly

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

A proactive mindset with attention to detail

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Willingness to be available for occasional after‑hours support
