IT Support Officer

We’re looking for a reliable IT Support Officer to keep our hotel’s systems running smoothly and our team connected. If you enjoy solving problems, supporting people, and keeping technology stress-free, you’ll fit right in with us.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for staff and hotel systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain POS, reservation, and communication systems
• Set up new devices and user accounts
• Monitor system performance and ensure data security

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of networks, hardware, and software systems
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to issues
• Previous IT support experience is an advantage
