Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-presented Hostess to be the welcoming face of our café. If you enjoy meeting people, creating a warm atmosphere, and keeping things organized even during busy hours, this role could be a great fit. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will help set the tone for their entire experience, making sure every visitor feels valued from the moment they walk in.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
• Manage guest seating and maintain an organized seating flow
• Handle reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
• Communicate wait times clearly and politely
• Support the service team during peak hours
• Keep the reception and entrance area clean and presentable
• Assist in resolving guest concerns in a calm and helpful manner

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident, and approachable personality
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods
• Good grooming and professional appearance
• Basic multitasking and coordination skills
