We are a lively coffee shop where great coffee, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere come together. We are looking for a Hostess who enjoys meeting people, creating a positive first impression, and helping guests feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. If you are naturally friendly, organised, and know how to keep things moving with a smile, we would love to have you on the team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and guide them to available tables.
• Manage seating arrangements and maintain an organised guest flow.
• Assist customers with basic information about the coffee shop, menu, and services.
• Coordinate with servers and baristas to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor table availability and keep the reception area neat.
• Handle guest requests and direct concerns to the appropriate team member.
• Support the team during busy periods and special events.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and upbeat attitude throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a hostess, receptionist, front-of-house assistant, or in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a genuine interest in helping customers.
• Good organisation and the ability to multitask in a busy coffee shop.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and efficient during peak hours.
• Basic knowledge of customer service practices.
