Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression
• Manage guest seating arrangements and maintain smooth table flow
• Assist with reservations, waiting lists, and guest inquiries
• Maintain a clean, neat, and inviting entrance area
• Communicate effectively with servers and café staff to support seamless service
• Handle customer concerns politely and professionally when needed
• Provide menu information and guide guests when necessary

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and courteous during busy periods
• Team player with a positive work ethic
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is an advantage but not required
