A welcoming café in a vibrant neighborhood is looking for a friendly and organized Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you enjoy creating a warm atmosphere and making people feel at home the moment they walk in, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting guests with a warm and professional welcome
• Managing reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists smoothly
• Coordinating seating to ensure efficient table turnover
• Assisting guests with basic menu or service inquiries
• Supporting the service team to maintain a calm and organized floor flow
• Keeping the entrance and reception area neat and inviting
• Handling guest concerns politely and escalating when necessary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Calm and confident under busy or high-pressure periods
• Well-organized with good attention to detail
• Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude
• Basic knowledge of café or restaurant operations is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality environment
