We’re looking for a friendly and welcoming Host to be the first smile our guests see when they walk into our coffee shop. If you enjoy meeting people, setting a positive tone for the day, and keeping things flowing smoothly, this role might be a great fit for you. You’ll help create a relaxed, inviting atmosphere where customers feel comfortable, valued, and ready to enjoy their coffee experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to seating
• Manage customer flow during busy hours to reduce waiting time
• Assist with taking reservations and walk-in coordination
• Communicate wait times clearly and politely
• Support baristas and service staff when needed
• Keep the front area clean, organized, and inviting
• Handle basic customer inquiries with a helpful attitude

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
• Good teamwork and willingness to support others
• Basic understanding of service etiquette is a plus
• Reliability and punctuality are essential
