Head of Café Concept Innovation & Specialty Beverage Strategy

We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded professional to lead the next chapter of our café experience as our Head of Café Concept Innovation & Specialty Beverage Strategy.

In this role, you’ll shape beverage programs, develop fresh café concepts, study customer trends, and collaborate with operations teams to bring exciting ideas to life. If you’re passionate about specialty drinks, hospitality culture, and building memorable guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative café concepts and beverage strategies
• Create seasonal menus, signature drinks, and specialty beverage programs
• Research customer preferences, market trends, and emerging café experiences
• Work closely with culinary, marketing, and operations teams
• Lead beverage testing, quality control, and presentation standards
• Develop pricing strategies and product positioning
• Train café teams on beverage preparation and guest engagement
• Build relationships with suppliers and specialty beverage partners
• Monitor sales performance and recommend improvements
• Ensure consistency across all café locations and concepts

Qualifications

• Previous experience in café management, beverage development, hospitality innovation, or specialty coffee leadership
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, teas, mocktails, and modern café trends
• Creative mindset with strong business and operational understanding
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze trends and turn ideas into profitable concepts
• Experience developing menus or launching hospitality concepts is an advantage
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Passion for customer experience and hospitality excellence
